Our Story - Similar to Our Clients but Different to Our Competitors

We are a virtual office service provider working from a modern fully equipped physical office on the main street in Usk, a picturesque Welsh market town. Our founder is Miriam Rees, who established the business in 2007.

We like to think that we are similar to our clients but different to our competitors. It starts with Miriam's vision for Office 24-7: To provide a responsive, professional service that gives you more time to spend on the things that are most important to you.

Office 24-7 is different to other virtual PA service providers. Firstly we have invested in a physical office on the High Street of a bustling little town. This gives the business a presence. We hope this gives our clients a sense that we are an ongoing concern that is committed to supporting them for the long term. Having a high street presence also brings walk in business; the investment does have its advantages. We are friendly and professional and are delighted to extend an offer to our more remote clients of a desk to work at when they visit the area. We can also run to Welsh Cakes and tea or coffee.

We are also different because our founder, Miriam, is different. She is like a lot of our clients. She is a hard working entrepreneur/business owner, she is in business to provide an outstanding service by delivering something she is passionate about. Our clients are passionate about their businesses we are equally passionate about providing professional office services. We believe this makes us a little bit different to our competitors - but similar to our clients.
